Content is for general information about our services and is not professional advice about your particular vehicle until a GenTek specialist has seen it.
The assistant
The assistant in the corner of the site is automated software that answers from GenTek's published information. It can make mistakes. Nothing it says is a quote, a booking, a warranty decision or advice you should rely on without confirmation from a GenTek specialist. It does not handle payments, and it will hand you to a person when a question needs one. We record conversations with the assistant as described in the privacy policy. Do not use it to submit anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.
Prices and quotes
Prices on the website are in Australian dollars, include GST, and apply to any vehicle size unless a written quote says otherwise. A written quote from a GenTek specialist is the price you pay. Extensive paint correction, matte finishes, wraps and unusual vehicles are quoted after inspection. We may change published prices at any time; a quote you hold stays valid for the period stated on it.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when a GenTek specialist confirms the date with you. Mobile jobs need an offstreet area or a garage and safe access to the vehicle. If weather or access makes a mobile job unsafe or unworkable on the day, we will move it to a workshop or rebook it. Please tell us as early as you can if you need to change a booking.
What a coating does and does not do
Ceramic and graphene coatings resist environmental damage and make a vehicle easier to clean. They are not scratch-proof, they do not stop stone chips or collision damage, and they do not remove existing defects unless paint correction is quoted and carried out. Descriptions on this site are honest summaries of how the products behave in normal use.
Warranty and consumer law
Every product warranty is set out in the warranty policy, including what is covered, the exclusions and how to claim. The warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. Nothing on this site limits those rights. To the extent the law allows, GenTek is not liable for loss caused by reliance on general website content or the assistant's answers rather than a specialist's written advice.
Reviews, photos and content
Reviews on this site are reproduced from public Google reviews with the reviewer's first name and, where posted, their photos. Photos of customers' vehicles are used with the customer's permission or from those public reviews; ask and we will remove yours. The text, photography, film and design of this site belong to GenTek Coatings or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
